Spine & Sports Solutions offers some services, in particular those associated with Regenerative Medicine (Prolotherapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma, Stem Cells), that are not covered by insurance and are offered on a self-pay basis. Payment for these services is due at the time of service. The patient must sign an Advance Beneficiary Notification (ABN) form upon the initiation of these services acknowledging the desire to be treated with these procedures and confirming the patient's understanding that such services are not covered by their insurance carrier or Medicare. VISA, MasterCard, check, or cash are accepted.
